We start with pressure cleaning the roof tiles with min 4000 psi water blast to thoroughly clean your roof to remove all the dirt, debris, algae, moss etc. We also clean out your gutters and will flush out your downpipes as well.
Other Tasks
Other tasks after cleaning might be changing any rusted screws, install rivets where the rivets are missing in some flashings, changing any bad rusted sheets. All these tasks will be assessed first in the roof inspection. If your roof sheets are rusted at few spots, we will treat them first before moving onto spray painting your roof.

This is the main step in restoring your metal tiled roof.We use colour and brand of paint of your choice.There is no extra cost in choosing any colour of your liking but when choosing the brand of roof paint you want, the cost will vary accordingly to the price of the brand you choose.

For application of paint, we use airless paint sprayer and paint your roof with one coat of sealer/primer and two coats of paint.
SOLAR PANELS
Got Solar Panels On Your Roof?
Do not worry, we will cover them off with plastic sheets before painting your roof and will take them off after the roof painting is done.
However, if you want to paint the tiles under the panels for your own satisfaction, we can paint them as well but will cost extra as we have to call solar panels experts to remove the panels before painting and reinstalling them back again after painting.
