Cleaning All Around The House
When We Are Done With Our Pressure Cleaning, There Will Be Dirt And Debris Everywhere After Pressure Cleaning The Roof. But Don’t Stress, It Is Our Responsibility To Keep Your House As Same As It Was Before. For That, We Go All Around The House With Our Pressure Gun Or Tap Water Hose To Wash Off All The Dirt And Debris From The Walls, Windows, Driveways, Patios, Etc.
Changing Broken Tiles
We Will Change Any Broken Tiles On The Roof Before Or After The Pressure Cleaning According To Need.
Replacing Valley Iron
Your roof might need valley replacement as old valley tends to get rusted. So, we assess the valley condition and see if it needs a full replacement or just repointing it will do the job.
Preperation Work Before Repointing
Prep work might includes grinding all the ridge caps tops surface to remove old repointing from the ridge caps surface for better adhesion of flexible pointing.
Rebedding Of Ridge Caps
Your roof might needs full rebedding or partail rebedding of ridge caps on the roof if the mortar is loose under the ridge caps or mortar is missing at some places. We assess the situation while we are up there and see if your roof needs rebedding which is a mix of sand and cement used to lay reidge caps before doing repointing of ridge caps.
Repointing Your Ridgecaps
After all the prep work is done, we move on to repointing your roof with flexible mortar pointing.
Clean Up
We clean up after the job is done and will take away all the rubbish, broken tiles from the job and leave your place clean and tidy as possible.

This is the main step in restoring your metal tiled roof.We use colour and brand of paint of your choice.There is no extra cost in choosing any colour of your liking but when choosing the brand of roof paint you want, the cost will vary accordingly to the price of the brand you choose.

For application of paint, we use airless paint sprayer and paint your roof with one coat of sealer/primer and two coats of paint.

Got Solar Panels On Your Roof?
Do not worry, we will cover them off with plastic sheets before painting your roof and will take them off after the roof painting is done.
However, if you want to paint the tiles under the panels for your own satisfaction, we can paint them as well but will cost extra as we have to call solar panels experts to remove the panels before painting and reinstalling them back again after painting.
